Every product here was born from a problem on Saptasati’s own shop floor — then specified, built, validated, and released with evidence, the same way a die leaves the toolroom. This is the stack we run daily, and the stack we are bringing to the industry.
01 — The Route
Design, CAM, machining, finishing, tryout, inspection, review — each stage produces data the next stage needs. The stack keeps that record moving with the job.

02 — The Build Series
S1 — Operations
The operating system for the toolroom: RFQs, project planning, VMC and machining queues, stores, inventory, quality reports, HRMS, finance sync, and dashboards — one place for status, ownership, and delivery control. It runs Saptasati’s own shop every day.
S2 — Engineering
A native Windows engineering workstation for CAD-driven tooling: CATIA-connected BOM extraction, rough-stock measurement, Smart Setup decisions, drafting automation, DXF/PDF/Excel exports — and durable .cadm project packages that carry identity, decisions, and drawings from engineering to production.
S3 — Field Review
Engineering details beyond the workstation: Android job packets with session details, 3D and 2D viewing, BOM data, hole tables, measurement history, and field-friendly CAD inspection controls — beside the machine, at the vendor, in the review meeting.
S4 — Everyone Else
A free, offline Android STEP/STP viewer with honest measurement — no upload, no login, no ads, no CAD seat. Built for operators, fitters, inspectors, and suppliers: the people who need to open a part file beside the machine and keep the discussion moving.
03 — In The Lab
The work in progress that has us excited — engineered, like everything else here, against real shop-floor problems.
PartLens now carries a full exact-geometry kernel on the device. The goal: tap anything, get the true dimension — with honest exact-vs-approximate tagging on every measurement.
Front, top, side and iso views with true hidden lines, exported to DXF or PDF — generated from the model in your pocket, headed for PartLens.
Material weight and stamping-tonnage estimates straight from part geometry — the quoting language of the die business, computed where the conversation happens.
