CATIA-connected BOMs
BOM extraction and review with rough-stock measurement and Smart Setup decisions captured per row.
S2 — CAD Automation / Engineering Workstation
The native Windows successor to CADMation: a workstation for CAD BOM extraction, CATIA-connected engineering inputs, rough-stock measurement, Smart Setup decisions, drafting automation, exports — and durable .cadm project packages built for engineering-to-production transfer.
Product Direction
BOM rows, measurement decisions, drawings, exports, and production notes usually live as scattered files. The .cadm package keeps project identity, BOM review, decisions, drawings, artifacts, and mobile-transfer data together — so what engineering decided is what production receives.
What It Connects
NXT separates the operator screen from the processing engines behind it. CATIA, FreeCAD, OCCT, and proven legacy tooling logic run behind controlled worker jobs — the user sees reviewed outputs instead of brittle manual steps.
BOM extraction and review with rough-stock measurement and Smart Setup decisions captured per row.
Drawing generation and exports — DXF, PDF, Excel — produced from the same reviewed project state.
CAD engines run as isolated workers with bounded diagnostics — stability by architecture, not by luck.
Product Status
CADMation NXT is under active Saptasati development, tested through installer checks, fresh-machine trials, toolroom trials, and output comparisons before broader production use is claimed. No shortcuts — the same release discipline we expect of a tool leaving the shop.
